Linden Court, a state-of-the-art rehabilitation and skilled nursing community, is seeking an organized, compassionate, and relationship-focused Admissions Nurse Liaison to join our team.
Our Admissions Nurse Liaison plays a vital role in shaping the first step of each resident's journey. This position is ideal for an LPN or RN looking to use their clinical expertise in a fast-paced, influential role without direct bedside care. We also welcome highly organized, customer-service-oriented professionals with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field who are passionate about serving older adults.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate the admissions process from initial inquiry through resident arrival.
- Review referrals for clinical and financial eligibility.
- Communicate with residents, families, hospitals, physicians, and referral partners.
- Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and required documentation.
- Ensure all admissions documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Organize multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Build strong relationships with referral sources and represent Linden Court in a professional manner.
- Participate in continuing education, in-service training, and occasional out-of-town educational opportunities.
Qualifications
- RN or LPN license preferred, or a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Clinical experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, hospital, or post-acute care is preferred.
- Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to think critically, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of personal integrity, professionalism, and compassion.
- Passion for serving older adults and enhancing dignity in people's lives.
