Linden Court is looking for a compassionate, energetic team member to join our Life Enrichment department in a unique shared role with our Therapy team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with seniors while providing hands-on support that helps residents maintain their highest level of independence and quality of life.

Primary Department: Life Enrichment
Secondary Department: Therapy

Responsibilities

Life Enrichment :Assist with planning and leading engaging activities for residents.
Encourage resident participation and social interaction.
Help prepare activity materials and decorate for special events.
Escort residents to and from activities.
Build meaningful relationships with residents while promoting their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.
Assist with documentation and other department duties as assigned.

Therapy Support: Assist the Therapy team with transporting and transferring residents in wheelchairs.
Complete light housekeeping and laundry tasks for the therapy department.
Clean and organize therapy equipment and treatment areas.
Support therapists with daily department operations while maintaining resident safety and comfort.

Qualifications
- Compassionate, dependable, and positive attitude.
- Enjoy working with older adults.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to safely assist residents with mobility following training.
- Ability to lift, push, and transport wheelchairs as needed.
- Previous healthcare or senior living experience is helpful but not required.
