Linden Court, a state-of-the-art rehabilitation and skilled nursing community, is seeking an organized, compassionate, and relationship-focused Admissions Nurse Liaison to join our team.

Our Admissions Nurse Liaison plays a vital role in shaping the first step of each resident's journey. This position is ideal for an LPN or RN looking to use their clinical expertise in a fast-paced, influential role without direct bedside care. We also welcome highly organized, customer-service-oriented professionals with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field who are passionate about serving older adults.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the admissions process from initial inquiry through resident arrival.
  • Review referrals for clinical and financial eligibility.
  • Communicate with residents, families, hospitals, physicians, and referral partners.
  • Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and required documentation.
  • Ensure all admissions documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Organize multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Build strong relationships with referral sources and represent Linden Court in a professional manner.
  • Participate in continuing education, in-service training, and occasional out-of-town educational opportunities.

Qualifications

  • RN or LPN license preferred, or a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Clinical experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, hospital, or post-acute care is preferred.
  • Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of personal integrity, professionalism, and compassion.
  • Passion for serving older adults and enhancing dignity in people's lives.
